Whenever I try to convert 3DS to CIA, and I use the right XORpad I get, "Wrong XORpad" even though it's the right one. Am I doing something wrong?

These seem to be the programs that the Opening Post is referencing.
I had to download them separately, because the OP's extraction program doesn't handle Japanese filenames inside .bin files very well, and the game I was extracting had a lot of japanese-named files to be extracted.

And the builder part of the program in HackPack doesn't seem to work at all, even without spaces in the directory\file path.

Do you happen to have the 3DS Builder software link too?

My sex is male, my gender however is female, therefore I prefer to be referred to with female pronouns, regardless of my anatomy.

most pronouns are neutral anyway beside it wouldnt matter because if someone was referring to you when not in person you wouldnt hear it and if you were being referred to your name would be used not a pronoun

10.6 Sys or Emu?
You can't run D9 in 9.3+ SysNand, nor from EmuNand in any firmware.
But. If you have a GW, you don't have a 9.2 under the hand?

10.6 emunand, my sysnand on this 3ds is 4.5, i haven't updated yet
i would rather do it the newer methods than ctr decryptor because with the newer methods you can get the actual decrypted files on your sd card right? no need for ctrtool?
i could do this on my n3ds but i'm a little lazy, i don't like opening up the back cover...
i'm just curious! thanks

I have many problems.
When I try with the first way, the problem is that when i use hans back returns to homebre launcher
If I use the second way i can't found the decrypted rom, and if I download the rom decryted, when i turn to .cia, loses the game logo and after running it fails.
My emunand is 10.6 and my sysnand 9.2
Need help, i want randomize pokemon omega ruby.

So I tried today again to rebuild a smash 3ds with custom music.

I have the decrypted and extracted stuff right there, but once I rebuild the 3ds rom, for some reaso it's coming at a lower file size (600mb) and last time I rebuilt the rom it was 1.2gb. What could be wrong? (I tried to install the smaller rom, but it doesn't work as expected)

Unfortunately, I dont have the decrypted rom anymore as I deleted it because it took space.

I followed the tutorial, everything went fine until the part for "rebuilding". When I type "RFSB" and hit Enter, what it does is open this window http://i.imgur.com/flk3msg.png then I don't know what to do after that... Is this normal-part of the tutorial? (I'm literally new to this so )

- Tutorial updated and HackingToolkit updated to 4.7
- Removed PokemonSMDLP
- 3Ds Builder, RomFS Builder, RomFS Extract and PokemonPatchBuilder are separated from HackingToolkit.
- HackingToolkit is more faster to load. Now, all system files are from the DONTTOUCH folder.
- New Links

TODO:
- Add support for Drag&Drop files
- Add support for extract multiple files at same time

It's not the same way I used, and I'm very curious.

BTW, the 4.7 should also fix all majors problems

Well, I'm still testing methods. The method I'm currently using is a wee bit broken.
I tried a few different settings in the program, and the only one that lets it work also makes the other programs show up when you browse for files.

Jesus Christ, those keys are hard to find. Thanks for keeping that PackHack archive up. Slot0x1BKeyX.bin took me around an hour to search online, nobody had that specific file up anywhere.
