[HELP] How do I rebuild a .cia file?

I've extracted the romfs folder from Fire Emblem Fates: Special Edition using godmode9 and ive replaced it with the FE1 remake mod; I don't know how to proceed cause I do not know how to rebuild the .cia file with these modifications...

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
