Hacking Thinking of installing Nintendon't

I've never been good at understanding the wii hacking stuff, I did it in the past, but had no idea what the IOS's and cIOS's were. Anyway, I'm thinking about installing Nintendon't on my wii u vwii. Im currently using my sd card for the wii U homebrew and my USB drive as my hard drive for my wii U games. Can I use the same SD card and USB for Vwii homebrew and nintendon't? Would there be any conflicting issues with the wii U and vwii hacking process?
