LOL, the first sim my sim met looked like she came straight out of "avatar" all blue and whatnot. Doesn't bother me what they look like.

I don't know what you guys are doing wrong, my sim looks attractive (for a sim, lol).
My problem is that you can't fast forward nearly fast enough when they are at work.

Ugh, I can't get past it no matter what I change. And the corn rows and faux hawk hairstyles are hilariously bad. xD I'll get over it I guess.

This game is addicting. I played like 4 hours straight. Took like and hour break and continued on for another 3 hours. Just wish I had a cheat to stop my sim from sleeping lol it's so annoying when they start getting hungry and you start cooking food but then the sim is tired so he neglects to pick up and clean his plate so then the house gets dirty lol. Besides that I'm having a lot of fun with it. Got my sim's cooking, fishing, logic and repair skill to max. Now I'm planning on getting him some ass lol. He's working hard and needs it.

I'm liking this game quite a bit too. It's really quite surprising how much of a good job they did. Aside, of course, from waiting for them to finish work. Takes ages.

Wood R4 has a 1 in 3 chance of bypassing the AP.

Do you think these things happen within a blink of an eye when a game gets released?
Give it some time, they shouldn't be too long, but it's worth the wait if you really want to play it.

I'll admit I have an impatient streak but I'm not that bad.

I'm definitely enjoying this so far, my only gripe is that the work day takes SO LONG since there's really nothing else you can do while you're waiting for them to work. Any ideas on how to pass the time? (aside from getting my Sim a roomie)

So I checked Romulation's thread about this game and they had a link to a version of Wood R4 that fixes the AP on this game. Just thought you fellow R4 uses might want to know that.

You may already be aware, but you can speed up time - check the bottom left corner of the touch screen.

That is still waaay too slow. When my Sim is asleep, I can feel myself falling asleep too!

i'm using r4wood 1.14.2 and finding more ap bugs then just my stats not recharging. first off, to bypass them crap stats, i got married and am using the spouse the most. i notice that if my main is using his free will, while im not using him, his stats raise normally, but still hes an idiot and passes out from hunger.

as for the other bugs not mentioned often, i can't make money in the game with out the game auto resetting. if i get promoted, the game resets. painting is awesome to watch and sell, but i can't get to level 3 with out having the game reset. so the only thing bringing money in is fishing.
