actually, you can.
but you need to use the dldi version of m3sakura, and it can't boot any nds files.

Actually, I was talking about using it as a firmware, not media player!

It's not fully functional, so I'm not counting it as a working firmware..

M3 Sakura can't run any games if used on any other cart then Real or iTouch..

Hi, i had m3 sakura on my m3 real for a week now and it's been working perfectly( except for the homebrew which i use itouchsakura) but i tried playing a few roms, the little loading sign at the bottom freezes, the top screen says random stuff and says there's an error or something... i downloaded a mario kart ds save file yesterday and replaced my original save file with the new one. is it because i replaced the save file??? please help me and offer a solution to this problem.
(Most of my roms still work it's just More Brain Training, Pokemon Diamond, Mario Kart DS, Metroid Prime Hunters, Metal Slug 7, all US)

Thanks, i've solved the problem. it seems that it WAS the Mario Kart Sav file(by the way it was .sav) so i deleted all my mario kart files( except for mario kart.nds and More Brain Training was just a dirty rom.

Yes, check SNEmulDS and NESDS.

Have you extracted files from .zip?
Also, try to format your microSD, and then copy the firmware first! (before games)!

quite some fakes have been appearing.

look for a website written on the card or box, if it says anything other that m3adapter.com it's a fake.

Maybe your friend has the Chinese version? I have two M3 Reals, one of them I bought in Japan. The website at the bottom is www.m3flash.jp, but it works fine with the Triple Loader because iamanobody made it region-free.

I sent a "wish list" of fixes to sakura.jp and m3flash.jp in Japanese, but they never got back to me

But g6team is really good about answering (English) messages promptly.

Anybody found out how to make the .ani files for skins yet? I've got an animation all lined up and everything

Moonshell .ani makesplash doesn't work at all, and the file headers look similar but different.

Edit: Just looked closer at the hex and they're completely different. :/

Hi everyone,

Looks like the EU version is imminent, the guy in charge of the official Spanish translation sent them all the stuff translated yesterday (source in spanish: http://www.elotrolado.net/hilo_m3sakura-1-...40#p1714515175) so I guess that's what is holding them from releasing it already. We can only hope that they receive the remaining EU translations soon from whoever is doing them so we can get our hands on the long awaited official release.

I don't know why they didn't just use your Spanish translation and give you credit for it. It would have sped things along.

I've been searching Japanese websites for info on the official Japanese release but have turned up nothing. Of course, if I find anything I'll post it here right away.
