Even though this Zelda is approaching a new direction from what we're familiar with I have no doubt it'll be a winner.

Yes in this game, the mode of transport becomes trains instead of the ships.

Oh and I guess there will be "Animal Crossing" signs around

No, the whole game isn't on the train.
Link still has to solve quests and go in caves.

I've always been ha huge fan of the zelda series. And i love PH, alot =P.

I think Spirit tracks looks great, instead of a boat you have... a train, i like it how they're not afraid to try new things.
It will probobly the same as in PH, you travel around in your train to different locations/dungeons etc.

In PH you could make your own route, i wonder if they will do the same in SP, since its called "SPIRIT tracks", maybe you can "build" your own tracks with the stylus.
Speaking about the stylus, the controlls for PH was really good, at first i thought it would be annoying to only use the stylus but it worked out really good.


The best Zelda game in my opinion, Ocarina of time right after that, twilight princess =)

I always hated the boat, far too long to travel between places to be honest. I might give this game a go, it better not be god damn repetitive like Phantom Hourglass though.

Another year, and another one of Nintendo's franchises comes back for a rehash.
I would very much prefer Nintendo to actually create something new. For once in perhaps their entire lifetime as a company. Some new characters? Please?

I much prefer Zelda games where you are on horseback, I didn't like Phantom HourGlass that much, and WindWaker annoyed me (but thats on GC)

I just hope they do something to make travelling.. not boring...

Why everyone is so much against that train idea? Some innovations in the series are long overdue, IMHO! And yes, Isay that as a fan, who has completed nearly every Zelda game, except for that crap on Philips CD-i.
