How do I apply the Dpad patch and AP patch to my Spirit Tracks rom?

I've been looking around for about a week now on how to apply both the Dpad patch and AP patch to a The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks rom so I can play it on TWilight Menu ++. I haven't found anything that explains how to do it, just people that are saying it's possible. How can I apply both patches?

Or, if anyone reading this has a rom with both patches and would be willing to share it, that would work too.
