Homebrew the legend of zelda spirit tracks no gear box

hi i have spirit tracks on my dstt and there isnt a gear box or horn when using the train
i looked around and other people who downloaded the game have the same problem
anybody know the solution? something about a patch? or do you HAVE to buy the game?

i dunno where the link now is for the patch.

o the patch was zipped in the zip file of the rom
i found it and unzipped it and its all good.
