Nds title wont launch with tw++ anymore

I recently tried to play spirit tracks on cfw 3ds I had the wrong nds file hack by nintendo with the missing gear box and whistle so I then deleted the title and ticket through fbi
I downloaded and tested a different working one and went to transfer it to the 3ds and now it won't launch at all am I missing something else I should have deleted from the hacked version or what I tried launching the game through tw++ and the title launcher

Your post is a mess..
You say the forwarded Spirit Tracks game is not working? Did you create the forwarder yourself? Use YANBF to make forwarders.
Also, you can't play it either with TWilightmenu? Are you using an nds file to play it, or the forwarder? You can't with the latter btw.
