Hacking The guts of a EZ-Flash 3-in-1 for DSlite in a DSPhat's Slot-2?

Is it posible to remove the board and stuff from the cartridge case of an EZ-Flash 3-in-1 made for DSLite and somehow use it in an old DSPhat?
Sorry if the question is way too stupid, but I really need to know...

I don't see why not...you just have to make sure to make the shell fit (you might need to cut off a bit or sand some sides down...maybe).

I think you can but I would trim the stuff that keeps if from going in, and at the same time add a tab or something to be able to pull it out (or it may be stuck for a long time)

You might be able to convert an old GBA cart into holding the "guts". I haven't tried it but I see no reason why it wouldn't work.

Will I save my Gbm's battery power if I remove the rumble motor? I don't use rumble at all, so it won't bother me at all, also will it be as simple as just pulling off the wires? Thanks

Save battery power? not really.

You can remove the rumble unit, it doesn't affect anything important.
