He must be one of the few that actually takes the following to heart:
"Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience"

Also, most of those updates hardly bring anything new to the table, apart from fixing exploits and making it harder for us to downgrade them.
When was the last time we got a non-stability update? lol

One way would be to form a team of internationally trusted resellers who will get the name of the game exploit. These resellers will be given a month or a couple of weeks to snap up all the exploit games in their area. They will then sell the exploit game online for a period of 1 month (or many 1 week) at a reasonable price for their trouble at hunting down the exploit game. After this exclusive period, they can begin scalping.

This is the only way I can think of to beat nintendo but it wont work because human beings are horrible at cooperation for the greater good when money is involved.

what if smea accouced a fake exploit game and the game did not even have an exploit would nintedo still take it down if they did we could get all the games taken down from the eshop
They wouldn't take down their games, just indie games. We don't want indie games down, do we?

i'd go for mass producing false tutorials on youtube, about all nintendo's new releases... pretty sure nintendo will give up... just hope that our temps won't stop for confusing though...

then please make a noob friendly tutorial for this...
Smea has a few things on his website and you can learn from the writeups.
However it is still hard. One other thing you could do is get a small group of people and don't spread the exploit you've made out of your group.
Or only find exploits in Nintendo's own games because they don't like to take those down.

i wasn't that serious, i mean if it was simple i already made all my own software for consoles, but i can only program assembly/turbo pascal and basic(a) and only know how to get it running in either dos, windows or at a micro-controller... i wished i understood c(++)/python, but i don't and i don't think that's gonna be an easy thing to teach me... i really need a teacher for it...

I hear the codecademy is good for learning programming, although I prefer to learn by example (Looking at programs and modifying them until you're confident you know what it all does)

I hear the codecademy is good for learning programming, although I prefer to learn by example (Looking at programs and modifying them until you're confident you know what it all does)
that's how i learned to write turbo pascal when i was about 7 years old... mixing code examples to get my own idea working... but couldn't get that far when trying to learn c so far... i tried it for my wii (when i still had one)... just only one forwarder channel worked after: cleanrip forwarder was a project i succeded, but i've lost my backup when i sold my wii, and the server i uploaded it to had taken it down as far as i know the only cleanrip forwarder working on 4.3 without an error used wiimc and devkit pro for building it...
i couldn't get hello world working so i gave up... will try again if i find a place with examples i can try to get to work on windows 10 think that's the best to get starting instead of making it work on a console... when i succeed there i can try getting console software compiled.
