the console does not start

I have a console that does not start, turns on then turns off, I tested all the components looking for a short circuit, everything is good except in this place (see photo). I removed all the surrounding components, but there is still this short circuit. thank you in advance for your help

Try replacing it. You can buy parts off the internet.

If it powers on, then off, it most likely is *not* a short. The PSU would self check that very early in the boot process, long before you would get any sort of feedback.

The components circled look like bypass capacitors. Considering I can't see the underside of the board or where the vias are going, the traces seem to be going to the ground plane anyways, so it should be grounded.

Take the PSU entirely out / disconnect from all connected daughterboards, and power it on again. If it stays on longer than the duration before, it's most likely not a PSU issue.
