Gaming Tales of Symphonia 2 Dawn of A New World EU Release?

I'm just wondering if this game will ever be released in the UK or in PAL region due to me being one of the biggest Tales of Symphonia Fan ever! + Kratos Aurion Fan!

And I am pretty frustrated about the region lock thing because I am willing to Import from the US to UK just for that game. I think one of my friend's know someone who's making it for the DS. Hopefully it works.
