Last time I updated from 6.2 to 8.0.1 half my games with nps game updates and dlc Corrupted but the xci files didn’t and I had to reinstall them over again. It seems this is been happening to a few ppl using sx os.
I can’t be reinstalling this every time I need to update FW. Has any found a solution to this?

Ps I already use fat 32

No this was on the last update I done to 8.0.1
I worrying about updating to 8.1 incase it happens again as I haven’t found out why the games Corrupt after update?

Those corrupted games were installed with very old version of SXOS. They were detected as corrupted but still playable before firmware 8.0. But with the new Switch firmware, they can't be play anymore. You have to reinstall them again. Blamed it on TX's lousy coding, all versions of SXOS before 2019 did not installed games properly.

in that case, there is no such thing as homebrew launcher for aroma
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
you have to launch your homebrews directly from the wii u menu
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
there is a plugin that display them on the wii u menu, pretty sure it is enabled by default
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    so like it doesnt exist
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    yeah
    ?
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
it doesn't exist, at least not for aroma
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:

  • NinStar @ NinStar:
I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    it is L+dpad down+ select
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
but homebrew is appearing in the home menu btw
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
    yes, now I remember it
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
then it is working, I also don't like that they did this but it is the only option you have if you are using aroma
