Seems like an interference problem however there are historic reports of the Bluetooth either being weak and or de syncing. Tinfoil (cookie sheets?) being an easy solution most have used successfully either in the joycon or round about the dock. Maybe not ideal but successful none the less for many.
Where is your dock located in relation to the tv, other electrical devices/wires? Try moving it more in the open and same with your speaker or try another speaker.
The console is close to the wall at the side of the gaming Monitor (that's why I am using a BT Speaker), the electrical cables are attached to the electrical plug on the side of my desk which seems to be beside a Plug that I guess for the aerial antenna (I don't know if it works)

Interference could be caused by cables, especially if coiled and specially if they have a lot of data or energy (or both) going thru them, so stuff like Thunderbolt 4 or usb-c cables with 100W mayb cause weird problems like drop in wifi signal in the area...ask me how I now

Seems a strange set up... You have a plug socket on the side of your desk and the cables are attached to the plug socket?? Do you mean inserted ie plugged in?
I would definitely unattach the cables away from the socket so they have a free path direct to the socket and then plugged in. The tv ariel.... Is this a co axial socket on your wall?? Definitely move it away from there.

Yeah sound strange XD, of course I use a Multicontact which is plugged into that socket. I will perform a test later today away from that wall so there is no interference coming from it.

I'm modding a switch and a lot of the things switch hacks guide is telling me to do I need to log into nintendo services for but to do that I have to update my switch beyond 19.0.1. I've heard you shouldnt update your firmware as it could mess with stuff so I'm not sure what to do here.

this is because if you have those enabled on the new EmuNAND the games will not work until you remove them, and remove the user, and then create a new user on the EmuNAND.

It's just that doing it doesn't seem to get rid of the annoying notifications when I try to open any of the games, either to play or to boot homebrew while pressing Hold+R.

Well, that does sound weird. Maybe they've changed something in firmware to make those games you're trying out to not work unless the update for them is downloaded and installed? And you're right, going into maintenance mode does clear the update nag for the system update, not the game update. What's even weirder is that you created a fresh emuNAND from a sysNAND where everything works apparently, yet update nag keeps coming back for the games.
I'd try cleaning orphaned files via DBI and see if that will solve the issue. Really weird.
Another thing that may be causing the issue is that the games might be incomplete on install? I've had a similar issue with Slay the Princess: The Pristine Cut and Lost in Random, I think. Even though the game says that's it's on e.g. v1.0.1 it still required a v1.0.1 update to be installed separately in order to work.
Well, when trying to download the NSP files for a game like 'Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII',
I use my PC (An HP laptop was all I could afford) and normally, it says it takes about 20-30 or so minutes to download the zip file, but then either halfway through the download or towards the very end, I'll get a 'Download canceled, file too large' / 'Not enough space' message. Even trying to download the zipped files directly onto the external hard drive gets me the 'Too big' messages.
Tried using JDownloader? That's what I usually use for downloading stuff. As for the error you're getting it's either a browser or network issue. Could be that the name is too long as well. It's been a while since I run into such an issue.
I'll be honest, for the laptop, I can understand why it might not have enough space, as I'm a freelance digital artist and have made a TON of art over the years, with all of them stored on my PC. I've used 112 out of 119 GB, apparently (Yeah, I know, I should probably clean that up. XD )
But I can't say I understand why my 1TB external hard drive struggles to store a single zip file for just ONE game.
You should definitely give your laptop's HDD a bit more breathing space. Move some of the stuff to the external HDD and see if that will fix your downloading issue.

Hey! Here is the last DBI version in english, don't worry it works perfectly on the latest version of athmosphere, HOS etc, you're not missing on anything from the updates after that (you can also have multiple versinos installed at the same time, no problem.
So DBI itself has 2 parts, the NRO file that goes in the switch (just drag DBI.nro and dbi.config in the sd card inside the folder called switch) and the second part goes on your computer, called dbibackend.exe (assuming you're on windows, they have a linux version on that tar.xz) (btw feel free to download the latest version of the backend.exe for windows from build 785 and use any version of DBI on switch since it's compatible with the english nro file)
Now that we have both parts on computer and switch, we have to fix drivers! For that we need a third program, Zadig, first open DBI on your switch and chose backend version (easy word to find mid all the russian) connect it to your computer thru a usb that transfer data (careful a lot of usb c cables are energy only) and second we download and run zadig from https://zadig.akeo.ie/ point it to switch and ask it to install that usb as libusbK (v3.1.0.0)
All set, now just run the backend exe on windows, pick the files you want to install (xci or nsp, etc) and click start server, make sure backend is open on switch and connected and off you go.

Now, for the extra function I can't post here it goes against rules
