They aren't gonna be exploited any time in the near future :/ (they use a new bootrom designed for increased Stability(tm)). If that's the case I'm going to go with the 8.1.0 firmware since that one is in better physical condition lol.

You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
