Hacking Supercard GBA on Game Boy pocket\light?

I have one of these old carts for the gba sitting around and was wondering if anyone has heard of modding one of these to work in an original game boy (pocket\light). I need a cart for my game boy light, and would like to possibly flash different software on this or something. I'm aware I would need to mod the case to fit down in there but that won't be a problem. If anyone has heard of a project doing that or could point me in the right direction would be great. I've exhausted my google searches and research and had no luck. Thanks :)

No chance. You will need a GB/GBC flash cart, or just use an emulator with that supercard on a GBA/DS -- the supercard's GBA capabilities are not great but it can at least run emulators.

That said there are a few GB/GBC flash carts of some merit around these days. http://gbatemp.net/review/everdrive-gb.141/ is probably the most notable but there are others, also a few people still have some of the more vintage ones and you can make one yourself if you really want -- http://reinerziegler.de/readplus.htm#Home made carts

Thanks for the reply, I figured it wouldn't work but would ask since I couldn't find the exact info I needed. Looks like I'll have to wait for that Everdrive to be in stock over at Stoneagegamer which seems to be the cheapest I can find it. I might try my hand at that mod, but would probably need a better soldering iron than I have now. Thanks again for your help.

You could buy a GB Bridge adapter but tracking it down will be hard that should allow you to use your flash cart of course you will need to mod it in order for the sd to fit

    Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

    @Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.
