Suggestion Super ignore

Would it be possible to have an extra level of ignore where you also don't see any post that the ignored user is quoted in? Sometimes there are whole pages of people with posts like "wtf are you some sort of idiot" or long ones with separate paragraphs that reply to something - obviously they have separated the person's post into individual quotes and are replying to each one. It gets tiresome scrolling down checking each comment to see if it is worth reading or if it is just a reply to hidden nonsense.

I've had too many times when I've been a fool of for not noticing that the other person has replied to someone I am ignoring. Although I also feel like this might trim down context more, but having it be an optional feature wouldn't be too bad
