Someone took the nickname scheme in Sun&Moon a little bit further: Gamers trade now on the GTS regularly Lvl 88 "Donald Trumps" (Skuntanks) as well as Lvl 88 "Kim Jong Uns" (Raticates) for virtual "cockfights".
These PM "alter egos" are not only somehow lookalike, they also have obviously a selected set of TMs that should match their originals:
Donald Trump/Skunktank: Confide, Frustration, Toxic, Explosion
Kim Jong Un/Raticate: Bulk Up, Frustration, Torment and Double-Edge
As I found out, both PM are fully developed, PP max'd and with a "Flame Orb" as item which gives their battles a certain timely limit.
Amazing that you can now use Sun or Moon to let them both battle each other without risking WWIII... So far my Donald always won BUT only by killing both in an explosion blast after a fiercy preliminary battle or just before the time out. Donesn't matter what kind of combos I tried.
My question is now which other moves (TM/Lvls) "matching" the assimilated character profiles would be more suitable to win for either side? Or should I replace their item "Flame Orb" (obviously from the Battle Tree stalls) with something else? On one hand this orb seems a fair handicap for both but also puts their battles under a time out (which makes their battles more difficult). Any alternating item suggestions for both? I already asked on Smogon, but haven't got any answer yet...
