Injection of spanish "version" of mario rpg dont work

Could you pleaseeee give us some link or exact name of the programs you use to decompress 1.app? its very extrange for me...

Let me try and find the program I download.

If you are trying to inject Super Mario RPG, Spanish Version, you might need to fix the checksum in order for the Emulator to read it (if you apply any IPS patch to a SNES rom, the checksum becomes bad and won't run on the Wii SNES emulator. Most custom emulators ignore the checksum). Let me find what tool it is to use.

But as it was mentioned before, injecting the English rom in the Super Mario RPG just loads the rom in Japanese. Strange. *looks inside files*

Use Lunar IPS tp apply the IPS Patch to the Super Mario RPG JP Rom.

If it doesn't work, let me know.

Did you mean patch the wad? Or did you reinject the rom into the wad?

I meant to say the actual Wad. All the patch does is change three TV settings.

OMG! I GOT IT WORKING ON MY PAL WII!

I'm not kidding. *takes picture*

It's very easy to fix!

All I did was use wwpacker15 to unpack the wad. The used it to uncompress the 00000001.dol. Using GWP, I changed just the NTSC Modes to PAL 60 modes. The tool then repacked it and tada!

To make things simplier, I'll make an IPS Patch. *does that*

Please please please just explain me how this method works!!!! Does the game runs at pal60hz??? Will it work on every ntsc wad? If so, it is just what i have been looking for!

Seriously, can you provide a detailed tutorial on how to change video settings!

Drag & drop a folder created by _wwunpacker to _wwpacker-IOS??.bat or
_wwpacker-IOS??-Plus.bat or _wwpacker-NoMod.bat [b[or[/b] _wwpacker-Custom or
_wwpacker-RegionFree.

So which one do I drag & drop it to to get everything working on PAL - I know US injection isn't possible (yet) - but if I can get the Japanese to work for now -- it's fine.

I can do a simple step by step guide (give me time to make it know). It should work on other NTSC SNES Wads but I haven't tried it on any other wads let.

Drag the folder that you unpacked into _wwpacker-IOS35-Plus .

Analizing the uncompressed DOL, I can see it's ready for it's USA release(JCBE - SUPER MARIO RPG(SNS) - Legend of 7 Stars), but still need to investigate more about the japanese text's being translated

wwpack16 have a program... "wwcxtool.exe" with this one you can "transform" it to "dol" (decompressed)
