*We've got 8 minutes left until we close and the phone rings for customer service.
Me: How can I help you?
Lady: I'm at the Super Walmart in (another city). If I drive straight there, will I make it before you close?
Me: We close in 8 minutes, no.
Lady: Can you guys hold the doors for me?
Me: No, we close in 8 minutes.
Lady: Well, I really need some ink.
Me: I'm sorry, but you'll have to get it tomorrow then because we close in 8 minutes.
Lady: But I'll be right over.
Me: You're at least a 35 minute drive from here ma'am.
Lady: But I'll be right there.
Me: I'm sorry but unless you get here in the next 6 minutes, you'll have to wait until tomorrow.
Lady: Fine!

Lady: I'm looking for a piece of vinyl to go under a desk.
Me: A chair mat?
Lady: No, it's vinyl and goes under the desk.
Me: Is it to protect your carpet from your chair?
Lady: Yes.
Me: A chair mat.
Lady: No, it's not that.
Me: Ok, I think I know what you're looking for.
*I then walk her over to the chair mats.
Me: Is this what you're looking for?
Lady: Yes! That's exactly it. What are they called?
Me: Chair mats.
Lady: Oh...
