Hardware SSD´s - TBW experiences

I should recover the stats of it but I still have a OCZ Agility 3 64gb running in my sister's desktop, it's a 9 years SSD, still working x).

I burned my SSD this year when I changed my mobo by using a defective brand new SATA power cable; it burned 2 HDDs and my Samsung 870 240gb (no big loses but damn that day I lost 1200gb)

I now have 2 SSD NVME, a PNY 1Tb speeds of 3400MB/s read and 3000MB/s writing, and a Crucial P5 500gb that have slightly better speeds on a B550 with a 3800x and they are wonderfull !

Hello.😊

....it´s maybe a long time since I have "updated" here.
So from the original Post
....this SSD is no longer in use because of NVMe Drives.
But it has still not arrived less than 70%....I have to search,where it "sleeps",maybe i will find it.....

I do no longer use SSD´s and my "oldest NVMe was this,until Friday 13th June 2025,it was now replaced with an 1 TB one):

My ADATA Legend 800 Gold 2 TB SSD still going and going great after 1 year and 7 months right now. About 9 TB wrote show there. I used IM-Magic to take a lot of space from C: to D: (Storage) 1.6 TB for all games, programs, etc. Windows OS don't need a lot of storage and already set on 234 GB is enough. If what operating system mess up then I have to replace operating system again, again on same C: for faster speed to get finish in very short time.
B-) :yay:

Another my Samsung 980 PRO 2 TB not used any data yet because I installed few months ago. I planned to add operating system to this for second backup system. About 16.6 GB wrote on there. I puzzle how Windows OS wrote on this SSD for no reasons and I don't put any files on it over few months yet. So weird!

I have Western Digital Black hard drive 10 TB still running great. Almost half capacity left to go. Tons of files for PC games, emulators, programs, movies, etc. I force all download move to my Western Digital Black 10 TB hard drive for to unpackage, edit like many, many times to help keep my SSD life extend more far out. I'm using more and more on my HDD instead from SSD. :yay:

Because I'm going to planning to buy Western Digital Black or Gold hard drive 26 TB (CMR type only!) to replace my 10 TB when go to full capacity. About other hard drives which have SMR type are worst ever for gaming, vmware and other heavy use like movie / video edit or make something like that. Hard drives which have SMR type and cause high failure rate than CMR type.

I already know SSD 4 TB, 8 TB prices are way too higher. I still wait for SSD 20 TB - 64 TB in near future must to solve my problems for heavy PC games, emulators, movies, etc collection like that.

:yay::yay:
