These will unlock both unreleased trophies (405 and 411). Tested on PAL only. I injected codes while I was in the trophy list, but I guess you may do it anywhere.

I haven't been able to keep track of the development going on here. Does this support pointers yet? And the changes to the RAM are still temporary, right? So no Infinite-something codes are possible?
I'd love to see this working on the New 3DS but sadly that's far off, stupid new browser :P

Test version done!
Please someone who have the already proven to work cheat code try this:
Put http://dukesrg.no-ip.org/3ds/rop/arcode.bin to SD card (this one is modified, so backup the original one!)
Launch title and open in browser: http://dukesrg.no-ip.org/3ds/rop?arcode.dat&AAAAAAAABBBBBBBBCCCCCCCCDDDDDDDD
Where the last parameter is got from the cheat code like
AAAAAAAA BBBBBBBB
CCCCCCCC DDDDDDDD
i.e. all hex values in one line with no separators.
the link to the modded bin doesnt work???

Congrats! Very curious about how to make this one.

Although, a cheat code to fill every puzzle would be very nice... but I don't know if such thing is possible.
It should be easy to make a code to get pieces again from current Miis in plaza. So you go to a Nintendo Hotspot or Homepass, get pieces from them, then enable code, and you could get pieces again. Repeat the process until you've got all pieces.

I'm a noob at this, so, let's say... If I have 10 Miis at Plaza Gate, and dump the RAM before and after obtaining their puzzle pieces, then compare the files through HxD... maybe should be possible to discover the needed values and create/generate the cheat files?

You've got the idea :-) I guess HxD has an option to bit-compare files.

tried it = the changed amount of bytes is 2 big/long to figure it out, and mii plaza is installed to your system memory, the game rarely updates data from ram, like even if you find&edit the play coins value, the game will not update it from ram...

Oh well, so I'll not even try anymore... :(
Thanks for your advice, anyway :-)

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.

They probably said "Hey, why not we combine the two together and make a 'new' DS to sell".

It's a DS Lite in a slightly bigger DS Lite shell.

    It's not a Nintendo / iQue official product, it's a 3rd party custom.

Nothing special about it other than it's more comfortable than the Lite

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

    but that's a long shot

i think only the red mario kart edition phat was v5

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.
  • AncientBoi @ AncientBoi:
    I don't pirate them, I Use Them :mellow:. Like I do @BigOnYa 's couch :tpi::evil::rofl2:

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm
  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
  • cearp @ cearp:
It's nice to not have to have a lot of physical things though, saves space
