Are you thinking someone would go to the trouble of writing an emulator like that and then make it a Wii U exclusive for some reason?!

Look up whatever CPS3 emulators are out there, and then check if any of them have a Wii U port.

Both FBNeo and FBAlpha can emulate CPS3, just install RetroArch.
