No. A few of the Glossary entries are untranslated. However, the story is fully translated, and is fully playable.

Awesome to hear! I've got about 5 other games to play so I'm kinda lambasted at the moment, but once things have cooled down I definitely want to give this a try. Hopefully it'll give DarthNemesis a chance to put some finishing touches on as well.
