Hacking how to install OnionFS 2.0/.3gx plugins?

sorry for making another thread in a short amount of time but how do i use this plugin? It's a .3gx file. i tried creating the plugin folder + gameid folder in the luma folder on my SD card and putting it there but it doesn't do anything. also tried putting it in the plugin folder>gameid folder in the root, for BootNTR, but it doesnt work there either. do i need to do something in the menus, install a program or is .3gx just not supported?

You have to use Luma3DS with plugin loader. This build should work https://github.com/mariohackandglitch/Luma3DS/releases/download/v10.0.1/boot.firm
