Well the only reliable site that sells the english version of acekard(bamboogaming) takes time to ship, so I don't expect anyone having the english version now.
until something new happens, the review stands no? what is so different about the AK today than when the review was put out? nothing.

It's not a question of bias really, its nice to have opinions from a collective bunch of people who have had their own experiences with the card, kinda like what mr freemaan said above ^^ I'd like to see experiences with different microSD brands as well.
i dont think you will get a more comprehensive review. to sum them up, they said that the AK does give what it says, but at a hefty cost. having to deal with the AKFS and everything that comes along with it, is just a huge pain in the ass, and will not be worth it to many. however, if 100% compatability is the only thing that matters to you, get it.
hell i thought they gave it to high of a score, but i can see where 100% compatability is very nice. i just dont view compatability as high as usability, and thats a personal preference.
ps, who the hell thinks the review is biased? everything else ive read about it is the same thing unless it was someone from china trying to support it.

after every review, they state why its good or bad, and having bought 3 flash carts based on reviews, i say they review pretty damn good

The Acekard is the best flash cart ever. It will play every video game and comes preloaded with all roms for every system (only if you buy the combo from them though). Not only is the AKFS a breeze to work with, but it couldnt be simpler to use.
Simply the best in the business here, if you dont get it, you probably have a mental defficiency.

Biased, huh? I thought the score they gave was way too high considering how damn annoying it'd be to use. And the flaws pointed out are pretty much facts not opinions, I mean how did something like the lack of fragmentation (so you can't put on a large game even with enough free space because it's spread between other roms) even get through the design stages?
I'd suggest giving things a score keeping in mind the scale does actually start from 1 and not 7, but I guess it's too late to start that now since these already reviewed products would have an unfair advantage with their higher scores.
For the record I'd say a fair few people have been biased toward DS-X lately, I mean it's only 512mb, expensive, has problems with some games and doesn't have the best battery life even though it's slot 1 (which was one plus I thought they'd have).
