So... texture hacking. put model.nut in the InjectPack folder, extract, edit textures with either Photoshop or Paint.net, and... saving.
That last bit is where I'm having trouble. Or it's maybe the injection proccess. Either way, I inject my probably incorrect-formatted texture to the model.nut, and the game crashes when loading the stage.
See, I'm trying to get a pic of Sakurai's cat in PS2, over the pic of the cat that was already there. I got my texture edited and all, and according to this guide here...
I have to save the texture generating the same ammount of mipmaps NUT_check.py tells me, with format DXT1 1 Bit Alpha, or DXT5 Interpolated Alpha. But doing either format doesn't work, nor does doing no mipmaps, choosing the "use existing mipmaps", or anything else. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Specifically, I'm trying to edit 163.DDX from the model.nut file in data/stage/melee/XStadium/model/stc_Koori_gr_set
