60% of the bricked consoles are n3DSes. Not 60% of n3DSes brick. The brick rate isn't anywhere near that high but it's still high enough that people should be patient until the bugs are ironed out.

Just tried to downgrade on O3DSXL on 10.1 and got title exception: main.cpp:100: result 0xc9e08001 failed to get cia file info. Any ideas whats going on ?

Downgrade was successful but I get a black screen upon booting unless I remove the SD Card. Hopefully somebody can resolve this problem.

Remove sd, start up, insert sd, set color theme, enjoy. It's been resolved.

I keep getting "An error has occurred. Hold down the POWER Button to...." each time the updater finishes downgrading and reboots, have to get into recovery to return it to 10.3

I'm using an O3DS U trying to install 9.2.0-20U-O3DS, I've tried downgrading with ironhax and menuhax with the same results

It worked! But now I whenever I try to open IronFall, it endlessly loads and never boots staying on the Nintendo 3DS screen.

I opened SysUpdator but its on the steep #5 thing about slabheap backup doesnt seem to do much else should I hard power down and try open it again?

Ironfall is not compatable with 9.2. You need a new entrypoint. Use the browser.

Downloaded the 9.2 EUR Firmware Pack (FULL) for N3DS from that ISO Site, created a "updates" folder on my sdcard and put the cia-files into this folder.
Downloaded the newest version of sysupdater.
Loaded sysupdater through menuhax.
Started to downgrade the Firmware.
after ~6 minutes my 3DS rebooted.
CHecked the system settings => 9.2.0-20E

Failed to get CIA file info!

I have rechecked and downloaded the right 9.2 files off that certain site. Have made sure they are for the N3ds which I have and correct system version but still get that message.

Edit: I'm on 10.1 and have tried oot and menuhax for my entry points.
