Well ... The problem remains the same.
Odd, that solved it for me. I say keep trying with that. It seems to have a better success rate.
THERE IS A HOMEBREW APP CALLED HOMEMENUINSTALLER OR SOMETHING LIKE THIS, AND THIS IT. YOU CAN TURN OFF YOUR 3DS AND WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO TURN IT ON YOU HAVE TO KEEP PRESSING L. AND THIS IS HOW YOU GET HOMENUHAX
Relax dude lol

Ok so the menuhax entry point seems to have fixed the problem. Must be an issue with the ironhax entrypoint.

One final question, is it safe to update emunand to firmware 10.3? For O3DS.

Try another exploit maybe. (BrowserHax/MenuHax/IronHax)

I'm using IronHax and in Browserhax I have the same problem. I don't know how to make MenuHax work tho. I already installed everything but I can't boot the home-brew.

I'm still getting a black screen after it says rebooting in 10 seconds. Even tried without SD card but I have to keep using recovery back to 10.3

60% of n3ds are bricks from this.
Wait it out (with me) for ktm or more stable sysupdater and downgrade then.
Cheers.
I wouldn't say 60% but there are a few. It's more accurate to say 60% of the bricks that occur are on n3DSes. Steveice10's latest build that I posted a couple pages ago should hopefully be much safer though.

Safe on o3DS, but not on n3DS.
HELP, MY O3DS IS FROZEN WHERE IT SAYS: "UPDATES INSTALLED, REBOOTING IN 10 SECS."
Give it a few minutes and if nothing happens it's probably nothing to worry about, there seems to be an issue with memchunkhax2 preventing the program from closing.

It worked for me. Old 3ds xl 10.3 to 9.2.
What I did step by step:
1) attempted downgrade, got error, tried 5 more times, no luck.

2) installed old version of ironfall to try and use ironhax.

3) ironhax gave me an error, so i couldn't install

4) I rebooted holding L ( to open homebrew on start up using menu manager)

5) attempted downgrade, no errors, all cias were installing.

6) 3-4 minutes later my 3ds rebooted, all my home icons were large (default) which was strange since I made them small. I also got a couple of notifications about setting up my 3ds. I knew something had happened.

7 I checked settings, and it was 9.2, it worked..., finally.

Safe on o3DS, but not on n3DS.

I specifically told them 60% of new 3ds's.

What entrypoint should I do this from? IronHax or Menuhax/Themehax?
Menuhax has best success rate

I went today and looked at a motorcycle someone was selling. I get there and the battery on it was dead, so the guy grabbed a battery charger and hooked it up. He plugged it into the wall, and the motorcycle sparked and started smoking. Come to find out the bike uses a 6 volt battery and the guy had the charger set to 12v. I said sorry to the dude and walked away. I felt bad for him tho.
