I havent been playing my 3ds for a while now and I'm wondering if I should uodtae my emunand and if it hurts anything? And also I've seen some threads saying rxtools is becoming outdated so I'm deciding to change my cwf to luma3ds. If it is possible, how do I do that??

there is a plugin that display them on the wii u menu, pretty sure it is enabled by default -

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)+1

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
