Hacking Should I upgrade emunand to 11.0 and how do I switch from RX tools to la3ds?

I havent been playing my 3ds for a while now and I'm wondering if I should uodtae my emunand and if it hurts anything? And also I've seen some threads saying rxtools is becoming outdated so I'm deciding to change my cwf to luma3ds. If it is possible, how do I do that??

Follow this tutorial to switch to luma3ds.
Stop using rxtools
When done, you can safely update your emunand to 11.0 via system settings.

Yeah you can update the emunand using RXTools to the latest firmware as of now. I'm on it and it's all fine.
