Hacking Setup Switch into sysNAND and emuNAND

Hi, everyone.

Last time, I setup my switch followed some guide.

In the end, I manage to setup CFW on my SysNAND (I think?) and afterward I use SXOS bootloader.

Now, the downside is I can't online at all as I assume this will definitely bring ban for my Switch.

But currently when I back at forum, I only realize that you can setup SysNAND for online and EmuNAND for SXOS, so the question now is:

How can I do that? Means from current CFW SysNAND to SysNAND and CFW EmuNAND?

Or EmuNAND is not recommended at all?

Well for Atmosphere, either can be used for online so not sure if the same applies to SX OS. If you have a NAND backup from before running CFW, you can restore that to SysNAND. If not, its not exactly a guaranteed ban as Nintendo randomly bans people but the risk is still there.
