The download contains both patches, try the regular one first and if it doesn't work (freeze after Dad goes by the window), then try the alternate.
If you're on CycloDS, use the alternate.

my card is r4rts fw 2.8 rite after i confirm my character it goes black it worked befor the patch

i meant the patch to fix the AP on certain flashcards.
I dunno man, looks like you didn't patch correctly or the fw for your flashcard doesn't like this rom.

It's up to your flashcard to disable the AP for this game.
With the regular patch, certain flashcards don't recognize the game and therefore don't disable the AP.
The alternate patch just allows those flashcards to recognize the game properly and therefore disable the AP. But of course your flashcard has to be able to deal with the AP for that games in the first place. I suggest you retry patching and update the fw for your fcard. Over and out.
