Hacking Safe to update to 4.3 with cIOSes?

I would like to know if it is safe to update (officially) with cIOSes installed.

I know the update will install those annoying, stupid stubs, again......

If you're Wii is modded, (I'm assuming yes), then the simple answer is No (Nintendo's chancing your Wii that way), if you want 4.3 though, then just use Waninkoko's 4.3 updatifier. But just to let you know, the ONLY difference is the obvious Shop channel and it adds the Wii Speak channel. Waninkoko's updatifier is just 4.2 in a pretty costume.

I used Waninkoko's updatifier and found out that I wasted my time...

Long story short, I would honestly just advise you just to stick with 4.2 unless you have a Wii Speak without the channel.
