Homebrew Dumb question but, if I delete USB Loader GX will the cIOSes be deleted too?

Hello, I was recently seeing a bunch of tutorials about how to update USB Loader GX (with no WiFi access) and saw that the best way to do that was to:

1. Delete the USB Loader GX forwarder from the Wii Settings Menu
2. Delete USB Loader itself from The Homebrew Channel
3. Re-download both USB Loader GX and the USB Loader GX forwarder
4. Install forwarder using WiiMod Lite

I haven’t done this yet, because of this question that popped into my mind: “If I delete USB Loader GX will the cIOSes be deleted too?” If someone could help me answer that question I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

I think the best way is to drag-n-drop the new version, and if it is a forwarder and not a channel, it should automatically update with the new version in the sd card, so... yeah, I just gave you a different way to update...
For your actual question? I don't know, probably not.

No they won’t be deleted. cIOS(s) and loader are completely independent of one another.
