Hardware Safe to get NEW 3DS LL (LIME X BLACK) japan set for fw lower than 11?

Hi all,

I have been searching retails store near me and can't find a new 3ds xl with fw version lower than 11.

However, i can get a NEW 3DS LL (LIME X BLACK) japan set online.

Is it safe to say that all the NEW 3DS LL LIME X BLACK color firmware will be lower than 11?

i'm from asia and all the local sets i can find are on the latest firmware.

Don't have another set to do downgrading too.

The very first models of those were indeed 10.7 (they were the first allegedly 11.0 console, but it turned out the poor guy got a returned console)

Can't speak for what is in warehouses now, of course...

oh noo.. i guess i'm mistaken, i thought these colors are limited production run for japan. but looks like its not, just a new standard color for japan.

Which means the stocks might be new too. =/

So hard to get a below v11 set now.
