Homebrew RXTOOLS won't load N3DSXL 9.2 after downgrade

Hi everybody, i succesfuly downgraded my new 3ds xl to the 9.2 version, and i'm trying to launch rxtools with launch.rxtools.net nothink happen, i already put on my sd card rxTools.dat and firmware.bin, same for go.gateway-3ds.com don't work i launch gateway with Homebrew launcher.
my browser have the version 1.0.9934.

i totaly forget that browser exploit are not working, i read and searched and tryed many tutorial, but no one remembered me that they are no browser exploit on N3DS, i'm sorry for this mistake

It's a very well written guide and should tell you everything you need to know. The beginners advice section has some useful tips and links too, including how to update emunand to 9.5, eshop spoofing and launching homebrew from enumand home menu.

Tip: if mini pasta loads, it's a your fault and not installing rxtools right, if it doesn't, you have a bad downgrade , upgrade to 10.3 asap and downgrade again since 10.4 is coming on Tuesday

Mini pasta is just a 3dsx file making it a almost noob proof install

It's because N3DS doesn't support the browser hack.
