Hacking Rock Band 3 DLC from SD

I've searched everywhere. I have tools for gens 1-4 for rock band 2, i also have some tools for gen 5-6 and gen a, b, and c. the tools for 5-6 and a,b,c only seem to install the songs to emulated nand, i want them in the old gen 1-4 format of .bin. are there any pc tools that will do this? it seems the wadpacker.exe doesn't recognize the newer dlc content. I tried using the same method I used for the older DLC which works great but it fails with the newer stuff.

Just curious if anyone has any insight or info. I want to run rock band 3 with dlc (maybe customs as well) but i'd prefer to use SD since i don't want like 20 gbs of dlc. i got the dlc files downloaded and decrypted, just need to go from .app to .bin basically.

how new dlc do u mean? works for me.
u need the unlocker wads. that is all.

play the game with the latest ios 56.

    The open version, although it does not have many conveniences, but even without them it will be more convenient to work than with any other tools like ch341 and ezp2023.
    Well, the full version is still impossible to get in Europe, so this is not even an advertisement for a paid device)
