Hacking Ripping Images From the Game?

Hi there, sorry if this is in the wrong thread.
I just made an ISO of my game, and decrypted its files using WiiTools, so now every single file's lying around here.

Now, this game is known to have Chat faces, or skits during gameplay (Tales of Symphonia: Knight of Ratatosk aka ToS: Dawn of the New World). I've found the Chat folder here, and I wanted to rip the images off, but they're in .bin format. Anyone know how I can rip them off?

So far though, I've ripped the videos (tph files). The audio, I haven't tried yet. I've also ripped a few of the textures already (tpl converted to png).

I don't think you should be sharing that... not sure. :\
But I'm pretty sure there's a bin2jpeg converter, there is one for SmashBros.
