Hacking Rip DSi icons

I there a way to rip off DSi icons. I think it has got 4 layers, because it's animated. Is there any app or any way to do it? I already use dsbuff and other stuff and nothing works... Or does anyone knows of I can do it with CrystalTile?

I'm assuming it's a totally different structure. Those recent "DSiWare" dumps had their icons released, so there can't be a solution to far away.
