If you want to update that part, just copy over the "extinfo.dat", "infolib.dat", and "savlib.dat" over to the "TTMENU" folder and over right the old files.
I am not sure why he removed it, but it's not that hard to update yourself.

That's strange... What's the code for the ROM you're using? (KH Re:coded)

Because I finished the game on DSTT, using RGF's updated firmware. And it was months ago.

...You DO know that practically ALL of the updates on the RGF pack are mainly the savlib/extinfo/infolib.dat files and on the rare occasion, the r4patch/m3patch/ttpatch...so it would be kind of...extremely obvious that it would work if v5.61 fixed it already.

I gave one of my coworkers my old M3DSReal, with YSM3 and your game fixes on it. Everything he has on it works like a charm, thanks a million. Good to see there's someone still updating the old forgotten carts.

try formatting the card and put all new on it , this was working for me , no problems after that
