Although softmii tweaks does seem to have better installation, some people cant use healthii installer but softmii works

so i don't get it, why is everyone requesting ntsc or pal? i would have thought the pictures would work on both systems? no matter what the region.

The file that is gets used by the Wii and made by the application has be set to work with the Wii. So if its a PAL Wii it needs a file made for PAL Wii's since NTSC and PAL have different... settings like video modes and such.
