Hacking Misc Custom textures for games on usb loader gx?

Hi,

I was wondering if it was possible to make custom textures and use them on a game via usb loader gx? I've seen it can be done with riivolution but riivolution and usb loader gx don't work together so.. I wanted to make a custom texture pack for wii party but don't have the disc for it.

it is possible just extract the rom with dolphin emu then modify the files and then comvert the extracted modded version with dolphin there's more in-between but thats the basis
