Hardware Replacing DVD drive on 2504A Slim PS3

Hi!

My european PS3 Slim doesn't read any discs anymore. I checked YouTube and tried all solutions posted there and even tried downgrading down to 3.55, but nothing has worked.

Will this do, or is there something else I should know about?

A bit expensive, but hell, as long as it's good quality + they give one year warranty.
