Hacking Removing TWL_FIRM patches

Hi, I am about to setup A9LH and I read that you should remove any patches made to the TWL_FIRM and ABG_FIRM before downgrading to 2.1. I used a few of the patches from that iso site awhile ago, and now I dont know how to remove them. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Oh and I have a N3DS with 9.2 Sysnand and 10.7 Emunand (luma3DS).

Reinstall the altered titles.

Download these CIA with 3DNUS and install them. That's all

One more question, Im pretty sure I installed the DS_whitelist. Would that effect the downgrade process too?

No, it will be removed by the cia you'll download and install.
This is the only twl edit I did to my nand.
I restored the clean cia as I said, and I installed A9LH fine
