Yeah, you need to do a hardmod downgrade.

There's already a lot of thread for the installation of a cfw.
I suggest you get the help you need in those threads please.

It still won't show the green flashing screen.

I always get a network blocking bypassed error for some reason :/ I tried replacing the the cheat.plg a few times and I'm using a normal NTR.

It does what it says. I removes outlines from the game. Change scenes/screens for it to take affect

I found out what the problem is. For some reason the bootntr selector 2.3 can't create its own proper ntr.bin, and if you put a ntr.bin on the root of the sd card the selector will corrupt the .bin file. Instead I am using bootntr 3.4 for 11.2, the selector is nice but if it can't work correctly than its useless.

EDIT: bootntr selector will always automatically choose either 3.2 or 3.3 instead of 3.4.

If you're talking about the 3.2, then it must be on the root of the sdcard.
Also the app will put it there when you set the path, so if you change it it won't work.
