Yes. I'm still working on adding external micro SD and OTG USB support, but it's coming up nicely. So, maybe in the next few days.

Alright then. I'll look into that bug.

Meanwhile, here's the language file:

Oh, and sorry, I forgot. If I may ask, what were the usual speeds you got in the beta with latest FBI version? And did you get any crash or disconnection? Thanks!
Not sure of actual speed but was about the same as old version and no crashes or disconnects

And I've seen that problem with the "transfer already in progress", however, I thought I disabled that transfer check for the beta? Did you get that in the beta?

I haven't tested for it. As for the speed, I had around 600KB on a 2gb file, but I think that was because I sent it through an external drive.

Oh and by the way, if you need additional feedback:

SocketPunch 1.1b worked fine for me using FBI 2.0.2, didn't pay attention to speed though.

Using socket punch v1.1.0-beta

There's a sync error of some kind.

It said the CIA installed on the program but it didn't install on the 3Ds

v1.1.0-beta just gives me "Reading info. Press B to cancel" on the 3DS. Went back to non beta and it worked fine again.

April 13th, 2016: SocketPunch MOD v1.2.0-beta
Standard multiplatform JAR
Native EXE Installer for Windows

  • Now compatible with the recent FBI 2 release.
  • You can switch between old and new protocol, so you can still use wjchen's FBI 1.4 build if you want, or use the latest official FBI build by Steveice10.
  • The FBI 2 (newest) mode should now transfer faster than v1.1.0-beta. Please, help me to test it.
  • This is a beta release. The Newest Mode could present more bugs than the Legacy Mode, since it's been tested less.
  • Added German thanks to user @robflop
  • Added French thanks to user @Badablek

Unfortunately there's no improvement about the transfer speed on my N3DS.

before(FBI 2.0.2 + SocketPunch 1.1.0 ):
13/04/2016 - 18:46:58 - gs123.cia发送成功!耗时 8:21分钟,平均传输速度766KB/s --the average speed

now(FBI 2.0.3 + SocketPunch 1.2.0):
14/04/2016 - 12:56:39 - gs123.cia发送成功!耗时 8:24分钟,平均传输速度760KB/s
I'm sorry that they're in Chinese since I copied them from the log.

BTW, I also updated the CHS language file a bit.

EDIT:
Progress was shown 100% on SocketPunch.
But actually the cia installation failed and FBI displayed the error msg.

Maybe there's another bug.
I tried to change the buffe size from 256 to 128.
But as you see in the attached snapshot, the value(128) I input just went to 3DS IP Address filed.

And I knew that the buffer size can be changed in "config.txt" too.

Hi !

Here are some little feature requests:
- Support for NASAs network install feature
- Save config on exit (especially the 3DS-IP... editing config-files is somehow ugly )

Keep up the good work ! :grog:

Rudi

Sadly, that can't be done.

Both NASA and Houston are closed source. I can't figure out the code that NASA uses for the Transfers.

Thanks for commenting!

Yes i know it's closed source... but have u ever tried contacting the dev ?... maybe he likes the idea of having a nice, well working version of GUI-HOUSTON.

From what I've read, Rinnegatamante likes to make and edit his projects himself, which is nice since he has make some really big and amazing contributions to the 3DS homebrew scene.

Most likely, if he wants a GUI for Houston, he will do it himself because he likes to have his projects closed source. Of course, it would be great to have it in one place, and only select between sending to FBI or to NASA before sending the files, but I don't think he would like to share me the code at all.

Again, I could be wrong, but I'm nearly completely sure he wouldn't want me to add support for NASA, because that would mean having a part of his code open source. And that's alright, again I say, as anyone has the right to release their apps as they see fit, and none is obliged to share the source code if they don't want to.

Sorry abot this, I would like it to be possible, too.
