The problem is clicking on the site launch rxtools does not work I had to type launch.rxtools.net for it too run

Try the ds flashcard whitelist cia. After that you can install it.

No idea if you would keep your save files, but you could also create emunand through gateway, remove SD card, format sysnand, downgrade using gateway, install mset and now you can use meet to launch in your emunand (with your saves) which is a copy of your original sysnand.

it should be a .rar, sorry my fault, i use a mac, it detects it automaticly, will work on that immediately
EDIT: just tested this on windows, it gives a .rar extension, which browser and operating system are you using?
2th EDIT: could you try to download it again and report back if it gives the extension?

im ready on 4.5 cfw (pbt) and emunand 9.6
would like to install mset to run rxtool and is not possible without flash card

I renamed it 'rxtools.zip' and it just worked I guess 7zip program is just that smart, haha.

Could you try to redownload the file? and tell me if it got an extension this time?

Now, this year, I would like these toys:
- Secondary emuNAND support (also for all the dumping/injection functions)
- Converting save files from MT-emuNAND to rxMode

just wanted to post to confirm mset exploit works perfectly on booting latest emunand on my 4.3u. Luckily, my acekard 2i still worked and had no problems installing the rxinstaller. thanks roxas.
