From my testing, it works perfectly on Menuhax and Ironhax running 10.3 on o3ds. It has run perfectly every single time I've used it, and has had no issue installing legit cia files. I can't thank enough for how well this works, I gave up using the very poorly modified verison of FBI which took hours of attempting to open it just to install one game. If the wifi install also works better when it comes out, I'll definitely change my default installer from FBI to NASA.
In case anyone wants to know, because of the way legit CIA installs work, you will be able to uninstall them from the standard menu. You can also properly receive updates from eShop as well, along with being able to uninstall and reinstall it within that system, so long as you don't format the device.
Also, if you are using browserhax for homebrew, look into the other entry points. In my opinion, browserhax should only be used to install other entry points. It doesn't support everything the same way that menuhax, ironhax, oot3dhax and ninjhax does. Any kernel exploit that runs from the homebrew launcher will not work (at least non I've ever tested) with browserhax. I don't know why, but it seems like it doesn't pass enough permissions to HBL, and then to the homebrew for it to work correctly.
